My Baby is What?!?!?!

She is TWO MONTHS OLD!!

What the heck? Where is time going? I had to buy 0-3 months onesies today cuz the newborn ones don't fit her anymore. And the newborn diapers are also tight. NOOOOO!!! Can't she stay a newborn forever?? Please?! *sigh*
Anyway...

Yesterday was our 8 weeks check-up and it was great. Click here to watch her take her oral vaccine, here for the shots and here for some fun before the dr came in. It was a loooong visit but it was all good and we are both doing great. Olivia, silly girl, peed all over the table before being weighed and then she pooped the stinkiest poop EVER right before the dr came in. Thanks Olivia! Poor Dr Woodmansee had to leave, I think he had difficulty breathing in there. Good thing I always carry those small bath and body works body splashes with me, when our dr came back the room smelled like cherry blossom :)

Here are her stats (My bff Rachel suggested that I take a picture of her at the month mark close to a toy or object that she will always have to help document her growth. So here it goes the ones I have so far for 1 and 2 months:)

1 month old - 9lbs and 21.2 inches

2 months old - 10lbs 12oz and 23 inches
50% for weight, 60% for height, 65% head

Here is Olivia during her check-up...

waiting to be weighed and measured.

I just feel so happy and blessed to have

I Am Grateful For - Day 13

Chiropractors!
I was struggling with a very annoying and strong pain on my... well, I call it "upper butt"! It wasn't my lower back and it wasn't my butt butt, so... upper butt it was. It hurt (like H***) when I walked, when I sat, when I laid down, when I bent over or backwards or sideways. It just HURT! Everyone was saying "ah it's the pregnant sciatica, just get used to it." I am not going to get used to ANY pain, thank you very much!

So I went to Dr Bowers, our regular chiropractor, and I loved the special treatment: because of my being pregnant he had me lay on extra cushions that didn't put any weight on my belly, and he also had a different position for my legs. So it was VERY comfortable for baby and me! He said it was my fifth lumbar that was "twisted" and it was stressing my sciatic nerve BUT once he put my lumbar back on the right spot... I am as good as new! :) It still feels sore right now, which is normal, but it is already so much better!! I know that by tomorrow I won't feel a thing and I will be able to function without pain!

Thank you Dr Bowers!!!

If anyone wants his number, let me know :)
