São Paulo, Brazil

In mid January I went on a business trip to São Paulo, Brazil.
It was awesome! But let me explain to you what I do and what I did there.
I work for Tahitian Noni International. They sell a health juice and other products derived from it. I started in the call center in April 2006 and in September 2007 I was promoted to the Tahitian Noni Café Department as an operations coordinator. The Café is the restaurant chain that the company has started in 2005 and surely enough, they have one in Brazil!

I do everything from running sales reports to ordering name badges. So they were making some changes to the management of the São Paulo Café and decided to bring me along last minute. YAY! It was a blast! We spent one week there at the Avenida Paulista, one of the busiests avenues in São Paulo!

The food was amazing, I ate lots of fruits and seafood. I have a couple of friends living in São Paulo whom I was able to meet with even if for a few hours, and I could call my family in the Northeast part of the country and not spend a fortune! I was able to do all that was required of me and more (of course, hehe) and I hope that this trip has opened doors to many more to come. TNI is a great company to work for!

We also have restaurants in Dallas, Phoenix, Atlanta, Japan, China, Taiwan and Germany :)
