My Eyes Need HELP!

So you all know I don't want to look my age - who does?! And a big part of preventing that is to surround myself with the correct products to keep my skin easy breezy beautiful (yes, I watch America's Next Top Model way too much!).
I have been struggling to find an eye makeup remover that I like, and that does the trick, you know, that actually R-E-M-O-V-E-S the friggin makeup!!!
This is the last one I tried and... no... didn't cut it. It seems to remove all the residues and what not but, when I wake up the following morning there's maskara left-overs under the bottom of my eye (did that make ANY sense!?!?)

So... HELP!
Tell me what kind you use and where I can find it. PLEASE!

Thank-ee-oh!

I actually will be very interested to see what others say because I, too, have never been able to find one that I like either. I just use plain old soap and it dries the skin around my eyes out. Probably doing more damage than if I'd just left the mascara on. Good post.

Mine is Clean and Clear brand in a blue bottle and comes out like foam from Walmart. It works great! It's like $5. I go to Gold's gym Monday and Wednesday night for a power pump class and then I go rollerblading with friends with our strollers like twice a week if the weather is good. Sometimes I go to cycle class at 6am, but I have TERRIBLE news... My golds membership expires Saturday and we are moving in 2 weeks :( I will save your blog so we can keep in touch!! I'm going to maybe go to kickboxing in orem on saturday (my last day) morning at 9am if you want to go!

Vaseline works better than any makeup remover I've ever used. I read the tip in a magazine once, and didn't believe it, but it's true! On the Vaseline bottle it even says that you can use it to remove makeup. So I bought a tiny bottle of it and use a cotton pad to rub all my eye makeup off. It works great, PLUS it moisterizes my skin! Double score!

The other comments are a lot cheaper than mine, but I really like Clinique's make-up remover. It feels really light, and not greasy at all. It's the best I've found.

I've been using the almay moisturizing eye makeup remover pads for years. Love the stuff! and it's like 5 bucks for 80 pads! Go and get it I promise you'll like it!

Kika, I have the perfect one for you!! It is amazing! I have been using it like for 4 years now. It is about $35 bucks but lasts FOREVER...like I buy like one a year. It is from Lancome. Buy at any Dillards or Nordstroms. The one with Oil is more expensive ($35) but it is much better. The other one is like $26, I think but it doesn't clean as much. I use it actually for for the whole face not only eyes. I promisse you will like it! Here is a link to it: http://www.lancome-usa.com/skincare/eye-makeup-remover/bi-facil.htm

Kika, why pay for something when just plain soap will do. J/K. I guess I don't have to worry about this so much since I: A. Hardly wear makeup, B. Leave it on for days at a time. hahahah. Seriously though, I use Neutrogena pretty much everything, except for a couple of Arbonne things(which I don't endorse, they are a bunch of crap). But I just clean my whole face with my gentle scrub stuff, and if you feel you still have stuff right under and/or between your bottom eyelash try face lotion on a tissue. Works wonders for me!

I can't believe all the people who use soap! doesn't that burn your eyes? Now that you've already bought vaseline, I have a suggestion too. I use Ponds cold cream to get it off and it works well. But I use it to get the makeup off under my eyes in the morning. I don't get it off at night. Good luck!

Hello... Arrived here via Whitney's blog, and I thought I'd share my makeup remover with you. I use Simple Eye Makeup Remover. It's made in the UK, I hope they sell Simple over there in the States. Actually I use it for my entire face cos I figured if it's great for removing eye makeup it's gotta be great to remove facial makeup as well. It comes in liquid and also as wet tissue, both are just as good, although I do have to work a bit harder to get mascara and eyeliner out. It won't get mascara and eyeliner 100% out (there will always be some residue) but at least eye-shadows, brow liners and whatever-nots are totally wiped out. And oh, as a rule of thumb, I don't wear waterproff mascara. In fact, I don't wear mascara anymore nowadays!
