It Actually Worked!!

True story: I had never had heart burn before being pregnant. If I did, it was so mild that it didn't compare to the uncomfy feeling I've been having the last few days. I mean, I won't die from it, but it's annoying, right?
Yesterday my mother-in-law offered me some "Rolaids" and even though I didn't know what they were, what the heck, it wouldn't hurt to try. Hmmmmm they are THE BEST thing EVER! I chew 3 or 4 of those tablets and heart burn is gone within MINUTES!!! Nice!!!
Thank you Mom! I have them in my purse now just in case.
What about you ladies, what tips or ideas or remedies really helped you during your pregnancy?

Well, towards the end I remember my big body pillow being my best friend when I tried to sleep.

I thankfully never had heartburn, pregnant or not.
You're probably past this part already, but when I was feeling queasy, sipping cold Gatorade helped TONS. It worked better with Jared than it did with Zach, though.
And when i was flying, I would feel extra queasy during take off and landing, so i asked for some Sprite to sip on.
At the very very end of my pregnancy, my best friend was....
AN EPIDURAL!

Minha filha....eu tenho heartburn tambem!! Mas, eu acho que todos os remedios tem um gosto terrivel, entao geralmente, eu sufro :( Os unicos que tem gosto mais ou menos bom sao os Rolaids--os tipos chewy, como Starburst. Sao OK. :)

My doctor actually prescribed diet coke when I started to get horrible headaches in my last trimester. It was the only thing that helped because Tylonol is too weak. Your barriga is cute. Feliz Natal!

I never leave the house with my Tums. And be sure to take them to the hospital with you. While you're in labor, heartburn seems to get worse. At least for me.

And pillow between the knees at night.

Good luck! Love you!
